Full Aircraft
Cabin Setup.
From empty cabin to operational readiness. EDAERO coordinates the physical cabin and galley setup of a newly delivered, refurbished, or reconfigured aircraft — assessment, sourcing, provisioning, and inventory — to owner and operator requirements.
Delivered is not
the same as ready.
A newly delivered, refurbished, or reconfigured aircraft leaves the completion center or paint shop structurally complete — but an empty cabin is not a mission-ready one. Someone still has to plan the galley layout, source the equipment and service items, stock it to the right par levels, and confirm it against the owner's actual preferences before the first flight.
EDAERO coordinates that physical cabin and galley setup — assessment through handover — so the aircraft is genuinely operational, not just delivered.
Built for the moment
a cabin needs to become operational.
Newly Delivered Aircraft
Aircraft arriving from the manufacturer or completion center with an unequipped or partially equipped cabin and galley.
Refurbished or Reconfigured Aircraft
Aircraft returning from cabin refurbishment, interior refresh, or layout reconfiguration, requiring a full re-setup of cabin and galley operations.
Private Aircraft Owners
Owners who want the cabin set up to their specific preferences and standards before the aircraft enters service.
Operators & Flight Departments
Flight departments and charter or management operators bringing an aircraft into their fleet or returning one to service.
Nine steps.
Empty cabin to handover.
Cabin and galley,
organized for operations.
Scope is defined per aircraft and confirmed in the Setup Plan. Typical categories include:
Galley Equipment & Organization
Galley equipment sourcing, layout organization, and service-item setup.
Cabin Service Items
Cabin service equipment and supplies organized and stocked for operational use.
Par Levels & Stock Setup
Initial inventory sourced and stocked to established par levels for ongoing operations.
24–72 hours,
depending on scope.
EDAERO targets a 24–72 hour turnaround for a Full Aircraft Cabin Setup, depending on aircraft accessibility, the scope confirmed in the Setup Plan, and sourcing lead times for the specific equipment and inventory required. This is a target timeframe based on typical scope, not a guaranteed delivery time for every aircraft or location.
Three tiers.
Scoped to what the aircraft needs.
Assessment & Setup Plan
Initial assessment and a documented cabin & galley setup plan, without physical setup execution — for owners and operators who want to scope the work first.
Full Setup
End-to-end coordination from assessment through sourcing, physical setup, inventory, and final readiness check to handover.
Custom Setup
A tailored scope for aircraft with specific configuration, owner-preference, or fleet-standardization requirements.
Pricing is confirmed per aircraft after the Initial Assessment, based on scope and tier.
